In early August 2022, according to CNBC, VinFast is looking to hire 8,000 more employees and many managerial, engineer, technical positions for an electric vehicle factory in Vietnam. The source said that VinFast’s factory is accelerating production so that it can deliver the first battery-powered SUVs to the US by the end of this year. Currently, VinFast has about 6,000 employees.
Previously, 3 electric car models VinFast VF e34, VinFast VF 8 and VinFast VF 9 received tens of thousands of deposit orders, continuously breaking their own records. At the first VF 8 handover event held at VinFast Hai Phong Factory on September 10, a VinFast representative revealed that 5,000 electric VinFast cars will be officially exported to the US, Canada and Europe markets in November of this year.
With a strategy of going global and expanding potential, VinFast is rapidly recruiting a large number of personnel to take on different positions.
