Regarding the schedule, after handing over the car in Vietnam, VinFast will export the first batch of VF 8 cars with a quantity of about 5,000 units to the US, Canada and Europe in early November this year. It is expected that the first international customers of VinFast can receive their cars in December.

In VinFast’s factory in Hai Phong, it can be seen that operating lines are rushing to produce VF8s to meet orders. For Vietnamese customers, VinFast plans to hand over all cars to customers who have deposited within the next 6 months. Meanwhile, the company has not announced more information about the delivery time of the VF9.

Recently, the company announced to offer more options to buy cars with batteries, in addition to the option to rent batteries from September 1, 2022. Customers who have made a deposit to buy VF 8 and VF 9 cars before September 1 can keep the option of renting a battery or choosing to buy a car with a battery to own the package.

For customers who rent batteries, the selling price of 2 versions of VF8 (Eco and Plus) will be VND 1,094 billion and VND 1,263 billion, respectively, while if buying the battery outright, the price customers have to pay will be VND 1,478 billion and VND 1,646 billion, respectively. copper. Thus, the difference between choosing to rent a battery and buy it outright will be VND 384 and 383 million.

The cost of renting batteries for VF8 from September 1 will be fixed at VND 4.95 million.
