According to Holidu – a resort travel company based in Germany, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) and Hoi An are the three cities of Vietnam ranked in the list of “Best Cities for work”, or ideal locations for business and leisure travel.

Depending on various factors such as monthly accommodation costs, after-work drinks, taxi prices, co-working spaces, wifi speeds, attractions, and more, Holidu voted for you. The 150 best cities in their Workplace Index for 2021. In which, Hanoi Ho Chi Minh City ranks 18th, Ho Chi Minh City ranks 21st and Hoi An ranks 32nd.

The website shows visitors to pay $336.79 and $550.51 to rent a one-bedroom apartment monthly in Hanoi and HCMC. Not as expensive as these two economic centers, the resort paradise of Hoi An city only costs visitors 218.95 USD for the same cost.

Meanwhile, a meal at a regular restaurant in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Hoi An costs 1.7 USD, 2.1 USD and 1.82 USD respectively.

Although wifi speed is not an advantage in Vietnam, Holidu stands out for the cheap cost of food in these 3 cities.

The three best cities on the 2021 list are Bangkok (Thailand), New Delhi (India) and Lisbon (Portugal).
