Recently, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism launched the first “Vietnam International Photography Festival” in Ninh Binh province, one of the contents of the “National Tourism Year 2021”. Expected events include a logo design contest, a photo contest showing the beauty of the country and people of Vietnam, and symposiums.

The photo contest is open to amateurs to professional photographers, from Vietnamese to foreigners, and runs until August 20. Each participant can submit 20 photos and 250 best photos will be selected for exhibition.

The event not only helps build a Vietnamese photography brand but also promotes Vietnam’s image to international countries. The exhibition is scheduled to take place at the end of the year.
