Location

Sun World Ba Na Hills is a strange amusement park with many entertainment facilities located on the top of a high mountain (1487m above sea level) in the suburbs. It is located 36 km from Da Nang City Center and about 60 km from Hoi An Ancient Town. To get to Ba Na Hills, visitors need to ride one of the longest cable car systems in the world.

When to visit?

Ba Na Hills welcomes tourists all year round, but the peak season is from April to August, especially in the summer when the weather is much cooler than in the city. If you want to avoid the crowds, you should travel in winter (October to December). However, the weather conditions were clearly not favorable.

From Da Nang, it will take you about 45 minutes to get there by private car or motorbike. Taxi prices are around 500,000 VND and can vary (usually lower) depending on the number of people on board.

Similarly, from Hoi An Ancient Town, you can travel by taxi or motorbike by yourself. Particularly, round trip usually costs 1,000,000 VND.

Le Jadin D’Amour

Golden Bridge

Located below the mountain surface, Debay Cellars are full of fine wines from the French colonial period and kept at a low temperature of 16-20 degrees Celcius.

Ba Na Hill is open from 7am to 10pm daily.
