Quang Binh halves entrance fees to famous caves by 2022
To promote tourism in the province, the Quang Binh provincial government has announced to cut the entrance fee to many caves in half, including Son Doong – the world’s largest natural cave in Vietnam by cross-sectional method and It is also the cave with the highest price.
Specifically, the caves that are eligible for the fee reduction are Son Doong, Tu Lan, Phong Nha, Rao Thuong-En stream and Nuoc Lanh cave, Hamada valley-Tra Ang cave and Dai A-Over-Pigmy cave.
According to Oxalis Adventure – the adventure tour operator, the entrance ticket to Son Doong is 660 USD/person. Other places are much cheaper to visit like 5.2 USD/person (200,000 VND) to Phong Nha Cave or 8.7 USD/person (200,000 VND) to Hamada Valley-Tra Ang Cave.
In addition, the province also reduced the entrance fee by 20% to some famous tourist attractions such as Mooc spring, Thien Duong cave, Chay river-dark cave or Phong Nha-Tien Son.
