The Livestream program named “Mam Mam Da Nang” (meaning Yum Yum Da Nang) will be organized by Le Ha Huyen – owner of Youtube channel Helen’s Recipes in collaboration with Danang Tourism Promotion Center. The program aims to demonstrate how to cook typical delicious dishes of Da Nang, promote Da Nang tourism in general and local cuisine in particular.

The Livestream will introduce step-by-step recipes of Da Nang specialties such as Banh Xeo, Quang Noodles, Bun Cha Ca, and some seafood dishes. Moreover, interesting stories related to these dishes will be shared, and some gifts will be given to the audience who won the quizzes in the show.

In addition to learning the typical dishes of Da Nang, viewers can absolutely try making them at home because the ingredients are very close, easy to find, especially very good for health.

Livestream takes place from 4 to 5 pm on Saturdays, 10, 17 and 26/7 on Fanpage Helen’s Recipes (by Le Ha Huyen), Facebook and Tiktok channel called Danang Fantasticity.
