Have you noticed that when you continue to hone at work, your work efficiency will decrease and you will be more easily distracted? This is not your imagination. Rest regularly throughout the day to stay energized. The Pomodoro technique alternates between 25 minutes of work and 5 minutes of rest. • relieve pressure

Of course, some stress is good to keep us energized, but constant stress can weaken your energy level. Find out what your biggest stressors are and make a plan to tame them. This could mean delegating responsibilities, changing the way you run your business, or even talking to customers who make you heartache for so long. Meditation, prayer, and finding soundboards—whether it’s an advisory board, friends or family—can also help relieve stress.

  • Mix it up
