Lam Dong allows intra-provincial tourism after 2 months of closure
Lam Dong province, home to the famous hot spot Da Lat City in the Central Highlands, reopened tourist attractions, food services and accommodation facilities for intra-provincial tourists on Tuesday, the 7th. last September.
2 months have passed since the 4th coronavirus wave on July 2 in Lam Dong, the authorities have generally controlled the epidemic and are determined to gradually restore tourism and the local economy.
From 5pm on September 7, Lam Dong Provincial People’s Committee allowed restaurants, cafes and sidewalk eateries to reopen, but only serving no more than 50% of normal capacity. Accommodations of 2 stars or more must take precautions and accommodate no more than 2 people per room.

Besides, hair cutting and beauty services can resume operations if they do not exceed half capacity to ensure social distance. Outdoor sports are allowed to practice and indoor sports must also comply with less than 50% capacity.
Lam Dong recorded 259 new cases of Covid-19 infection in the 4th wave of coronavirus in Vietnam and closed all tourism activities and tourist attractions for prevention and control.
