Profit after tax of HAGL in the first 8 months of the year reached VND 781 billion, equaling 69% of the whole year plan in 2022.
Hoang Anh Gia Lai Joint Stock Company (HAGL, stock code HAG) has just announced the production and business situation in August 2022.
Accordingly, the company sold 30,114 pigs. Regarding fruit trees, in the context that banana export prices have not increased as expected, the Company harvested 28,487 tons (production 12,484 tons and used for food production accounted for more than half with 16,003 tons).
Correspondingly, HAGL reached 448 billion dong in August 2022, of which the livestock segment brought in 195 billion dong, the fruit tree segment contributed 193 billion dong and the remaining 60 billion dong was ancillary industry.
Deducting expenses, HAGL’s after-tax profit is VND 123 billion in August 2022. In the last 3 months (June, July, August), HAGL’s profit remained around VND 123 – 126 billion, regularly VND 4 billion/day.
Accumulating 8 months, the Company recorded the consumption of 136,075 pigs, 176,280 tons of bananas (exported 112,740 tons and used as animal feed 54,540 tons).
As a result, revenue reached 2,708 billion VND, including 779 billion VND from livestock and 1,472 billion fruit trees, the supporting industry contributed 457 billion VND.

On August 21, HAGL officially launched the Bapi brand – HAGL banana-eating pig and BapiMart store with the main product being banana-eating pork (cool) and some foods made from Bapi pork such as: : cold meat, sausages, sausages… As planned, Bapi Pork will soon be available in the HCMC market this September.
