On June 2, the Danang Department of Tourism said that from May 28 to June 30, the city will organize a free Covid-19 antigen test for Korean tourists when visiting the city.
“In order to create favorable conditions for Korean tourists to visit Da Nang and return to the country to comply with the entry policy in accordance with regulations, the Department of Health has agreed to allow Da Nang International Terminal Investment and Exploitation Joint Stock Company implements a plan to organize a free Covid-19 antigen rapid test point from May 28 to June 30, 2022”, the Department informed.
Accordingly, international tourists leaving Da Nang at the International Passenger Terminal (Terminal T2) in need will be supported with free Covid-19 antigen testing.
In case there is a positive test result, the functional health authorities will assess the initial condition, transport, monitor health and treatment to ensure safe conditions for epidemic prevention and control.
The Department of Tourism added that, by the end of May, 9 airlines had re-operated 4 international routes including Singapore Airlines, Jetstar Asia, Vietnam Airlines (operating Singapore routes), Thai Vietjet (Bangkok routes). ), Air Asia (Malaysia route), Vietjet Air, Jin Air, T’way, Air Seoul (Seoul route). The total number of international flights to Da Nang after opening to the international sky is 137 flights with 16,660 passengers, including 3,808 guests from Korea.
