William Reed Business Media, a British business magazine, has entered the list of Asia’s 100 best restaurants in the 9th annual ranking.

Specifically, Anan Saigon restaurant on Ton That Dam street, Ho Chi Minh City was ranked 39th and Tung Dining restaurant on Quang Trung street, Hanoi ranked 98th.

Anan Saigon is famous for street food style dishes made by Mr. Peter Cuong Franklin – a talented Vietnamese-American chef with extensive experience at famous restaurants in the world. “Caviar cake” – a unique recipe from traditional Vietnamese waffles combined with French tarts is a signature dish that everyone must try when coming here.

Not nestled in an old market like Anan Saigon, Tung Dining is located in the heart of vibrant Hanoi, where you can access many attractions like St. Joseph’s Church or Hoan Kiem Lake. The restaurant attracts visitors with an 18-course dinner elaborately prepared and presented by chef Hoang Tung and his team.

Accordingly, more than 300 culinary experts, food critics, chefs and restaurant owners participated in the compilation, analysis and compilation of the list.
